Annie Garthwaite led a major re-branding of Transcom’s operations across 27 countries. We began by re-defining the company’s market proposition of combined customer and credit management and moved on to transform its visual identity. We then executed that identity across a wide range of on and offline collateral in multiple languages. We went on to implement an integrated online campaign that built brand awareness and generated a 30% response rate across major markets.
